VanHorn Painting proudly provides all customers with a warranty that covers labor and material for a period of two years. If paint failure occurs, we will supply all labor and materials to correct the condition without any cost to the property owner or asignee. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. This warranty is limited to the correcting of the condition as indicated above. This warranty excludes and VanHorn Painting will NOT be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by normal wear and tear, damage caused by temperature changes, settlement, moisture, accident or abuse. This includes nail pops or cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction. All existing cracks will be repaired as indicated at time of job, but such 'existing conditions' will not be covered. Exclusions also include
- Painted or stained walking surfaces such as decks, floors and steps, dirt or mildew accumulation.
- Peeling or chipping due to rotted wood, structural defects, moisture, failure of previous paint coatings or any other external cause.
